Online Shopping review - SESURA Philippines

This is my first time writing on this blog, and also my first time doing a review for an online shop.

I was looking for online shops that sells cute japanese and korean clothes. I've been thru lots of online shops but was really scared if they are legit or not. Because I've been searching online fashion shops, facebook began advertising fashions shops for me. That's where I found SESURA.com

You have to make an account on their site first. It's free and easy so no need to worry :D 

This is my 2nd time ordering from the shop, and I'm really satisfied with the quality of service, products and the fast delivery that's why I decided to write a review. They can be also contacted easily since their site has a chat box where you can ask the customer support about your concerns (No need to email them and wait for a day or two for their reply). The customer service representative is also very friendly :). They also have their facebook account of course, where you can read their customers' feedbacks and reviews. I saw positive reviews that's why I was convinced that their shop is legit. More to that, they also offer COD (cash-on-delivery), which means you can pay when you receive the items at your doorstep. No need for credit cards or paypal or any other online account. And you wouldn't worry paying for nothing incase your items didn't arrive. Super convenient right?

I ordered a long sleeve dress because they are on sale (From P999 to P588). I really like this cat dress for a long time but find it expensive so I waited for it to be on sale heheh :). Since they also have a promo where you can get a 20% off when you buy 2 items, and free shipping when you purchase P1000 and up, I decided to order a bag as well. I find this very cute bag and I think it's worth the price (P1099 - 20%).

Adding it up, the total price was P1467 (the dress was excluded on the 20% discount, since it's already on sale). I also choose COD (Cash on Delivery) as the mode of payment since I find this more convenient (and because I'm always at home hehe :P).

You will receive an email notification with the complete order information. You can also track it on your account on their site. They will also text you and email you when your items are shipped to their courier (2GO), ready for delivery, so you can expect your items delivered after you receive their msg.

I ordered the items Sunday morning. I live in the province so I expect it to be delivered within a week or 2 and they never fail me :). I recieve the notification msg on Friday and got the items on Saturday the same week. I paid the exact amount (since I think the delivery man doesn't have a change if ever I don't pay for the exact amount). 

Yay~! OMG so happy~! :D

And to my surprise, they also gave me a free cat coin purse :D. I really didn't expect this since I thought the promo with the free item was over. I really love cat designs so I was really happy to see this free item together with a Christmas card :D. Awww... that's so sweet~! >u<. I also receive a voucher code with P150 discount, valid until the end of the year (atleast 1 month validity from when I received my order).

At first I was a bit worried the items wouldn't look exactly like it is on the pictures (based on color and quality). But upon receiving the items, I was really satisfied with the quality :) The items are as good as what you see on the pictures and descriptions :D

You can also subscribe to their email newsletter so they can inform you if they have a sale or other promos. They usually email me a day before the sale, so I can look up at the sale items before the sale period. I find this convenient since I can plan and budget ahead and can order before the items are sold out due to the sale hehe :D

So, I really recommend this online shop. I give it a 5 shimmering and shining stars :D 
And I'm going to order from this shop again, in the future.. if they have sale.. eheh :D
